Bell Canada today introduced a new Android-powered smartphone named HTC Descire Z 4G. This smartphone is completely free if you are willing to sign a 3-year contract agreement. Yes, you read right, it is a 3 year long contract. This Android 2.2-powered smartphone is packed with a 800MHz Qualcomm 7230 processor, 1.5GB internal memory, GPS, WiFi, a microSD memory slot, high-def 720P video recorder, a 5-megapixel digital and, of course, 4G connectivity.
