Claims Apple Is Not Taken By Samsung Executive

Blackouts-replicate issues accusations between Apple and Samsung is getting hot. This time through an interview with the Wall Street Journal, head of Samsung Mobile Communication Business, J. K. Shin reveals that he is not concerned with the legal consequences of the Apple statement stating that Samsung imitate the iPhone and iPad. J.K. Shin stated: "we are not imitating the design of the Apple, we use a lot of similar design for the last few years so that it will not be troubled by the law." Shin is also reported to have suggested that the scale of the legal battle with Apple can continue to grow. However, he refused to explain. Later Shin explains that Samsung is planning to continue to use Android for their future.

Hot fight two giant Electronics began in April when Apple sues Samsung on the basis of similarity of Samsung products like the Galaxy S, Nexus S, Epic 4 g and Galaxy Tab with various Apple products. Samsung strikes back with further accused Apple has broken the patent they have associated technology mobile phone transmission.

Once at the beginning of last week a court gave permission for Apple's lawyers to see Samsung devices that will come the Droid Charge, Infuse 4 g, Galaxy S II, and Galaxy Tab 10.1 as well as the 8.9″ so that Apple could determine whether the need to incorporate these products into the suit filed by the solicitor, Samsung has just filed a request for feedback to be able to see the upcoming Apple product namely iPhone and iPad 3.
